Returns
At HANOVA, your satisfaction is our top priority. When your order arrives, you have the right to try on the item immediately.
The courier will wait 5–10 minutes while you try it on.
If you’re not satisfied, you may return it directly with the courier and only pay the shipping fees.
Once the courier leaves, returns will no longer be accepted.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to do so.
Customers are responsible for the shipping fees for the exchange.
To request an exchange, please contact us on Instagram with your order number within the allowed timeframe.
